Right in the heart of Sutton Benger, just minutes from Junction 17 of the M4 and on the edge of the Cotswolds, The Wellesley Arms is part of Inn The Sticks — a small collection of English country pubs, each with its own character and a shared love of good food, good drinks and great hospitality.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming bar, relaxed dining rooms and plenty of space to settle in with friends and family. Outside, our spacious courtyard and garden are made for long lunches, sunny afternoons and lazy drinks, with plenty of room for the four-legged members of the family too.

Our menus change with the seasons, bringing together generous, unfussy food made with great British ingredients. Whether it’s a quick lunch, a proper Sunday roast, dinner with friends or something to keep everyone happy after a day out in the countryside, there’s always plenty to choose from.

Behind the bar, you’ll find well-kept local ales, proper ciders, good wines and all the usual pub favourites — the sort of drinks that are made for settling in and staying a little longer.

This is Inn The Sticks after all. We like our pubs relaxed, welcoming and a little bit individual. Bring the family, bring the dog, gather a group of friends or simply pull up a chair and make yourself at home.

With ample parking and space for groups of up to 90 guests, The Wellesley Arms is just as happy hosting a big celebration as it is a quiet lunch or an impromptu drink.
