Owing to the number of no shows we have regrettably needed to introduce a cancellation policy for all bookings.
When booking a table with us, please ensure that you have fully read our T’&Cs for our cancellation policy provided when you book. By not showing or failing to give 24 hours notice of a cancellation a charge of £10 per person will be made. Tables of 10+ will require a non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please call/email us to check that we have received your booking.
Timeslots will be held for up to 15 minutes - please advise us as soon as possible if some in your party are running late. If the kitchen is at capacity we will take your order as soon as possible, yet there may be a delay.
With earlier sittings during busy periods, we may require your table back after 2 hours. For bookings after 1pm lunchtimes and 7pm evenings, you will have your table for the remainder of service.
Tables of 7 or more have a discretionary 10% service charge added to the bill, 100% of which goes to the team who worked on that day. Otherwise, gratuity is at your own discretion.
Children are welcome. We ask that children are supervised at all times. In the event of a child becoming distressed or upset, we respectfully ask that they are taken out of the dining room until they have calmed.
Friendly dogs are welcome in all areas of the pub. We ask that they are kept under control at all times, and that their owner clears up after them. In the event of a dog being a little vocal we ask that the owners are respectful of other guests and exit the pub until the dog/s have settled down.
Please don’t take offence if you’re asked to keep the noise down a little if your children, dog/s, or party are causing a nuisance to other diners.
Tables booked via our reservation page are for diners - we don’t reserve tables for drinking or for pizzas. Side dishes are only available accompanied with a starter or main dish when sitting in the dining rooms.
We use tables in the bar and dining rooms on Sundays. Please advise us in booking notes if you have a preference, where we will do our best to accomodate.
Only food and drink purchased from the premises may be eaten at the venue.
